Aahaar's Dal Tadka is such a fantastic, healthy addition to any pantry. On top of being vegan, gluten free with no added preservatives, this delicious recipe will fill your home with a mouthwatering scent inferior only to its wonderful taste.
The Dal is quick to prepare, for us it's the last step due to its simplicity, merely add water & salt to taste to the mix over the stove and you are ready to go in 10 mins! What we loved most was the flavour that brought us back to our India travels.
I absolutely loved Aahar's ready-made curry sauces! We tried both curry sauces and the dal, and every one of them was full of authentic flavor. We just added paneer to the curry sauce, and within minutes we had a delicious meal that tasted homemade.
What impressed me the most is that the products contain no preservatives, which is a huge plus. Each pack was more than enough for two people, making it both convenient and great value for money.
