• Cut your chosen protein or vegetables into generous pieces. (About 100 g protein per pouch works well.)

• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan

• Add the protein/veg and brown lightly. 

• Add in the tikka main sauce with 150 ml water and simmer 3–5 minutes, or until the protein/veg is cooked through and the curry is piping hot.

• Serve: Serves 2–3 with naans or rice. (Optional: finish with 1–2 tbsp fresh cream for richness.)
