A warm, comforting bowl made by simply mixing our Dal Tadka with veggies and serving over rice. Perfect for a quick and nourishing dinner.
Serves: 2
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 pack (250 g) Aahaar Dal Tadka
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp oil
Salt & pepper (optional)
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Pour in the entire 250 g pack of Aahaar Dal Tadka.
Add 150 ml water and simmer 5 minutes.
Adjust salt or pepper if needed.
Serve over warm rice.
