Kadai Paneer/ Kadai Chicken

A bold and aromatic dish with chunky vegetables and a robust, spiced kadai sauce. Slightly smoky, slightly tangy, and full of texture.
Serves: 2
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 pack (250 g) Aahaar Kadai Sauce
250-300 g meat/paneer/tofu
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, cubed
1 bell pepper, cubed
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
Add onions & bell peppers, sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
Add paneer/meat/tofu and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the Aahaar Kadai Sauce.
Add 150 ml water and mix well.
Let it cook for 6–8 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Tip:
For extra spice: add chopped green chilli while cooking.
For a richer taste: finish with a small knob of butter.
Keep vegetables slightly crunchy for a more authentic kadai texture.
